On Saturday, March 29, 2025, time stood still as Ethel Louise Frazier, 81, passed into eternal slumber at her residence in Summerville, SC. A native of Yemassee, SC, she was a daughter of the late Fannie Skillings Williamson and Roscoe Williamson. Her precious memories will be honored and cherished by her family.
Celebration of Life will be held on April 1, 2025 1 o'clock in the afternoon in the Chapel of Young Funeral Home, Yemassee. SC.
Interment will follow in the Jerusalem Cemetery, Cummings SC.
