Rickie was born in Holmes County to Minnie Snow and Clay Snow. His father Clay Snow preceded him in death.
As a youth, Rickie joined Center Ridge Missionary Baptist Church in Sallis, Mississippi. He believed in God as His Savior Jesus Christ.
Rickie received his education and graduated from Durant Attendance Center in Durant, Mississippi. He held numerous jobs: Factory Worker in Durant, MS and Kosciusko, MS, Cross Country Truck Driver for over 20 years, Construction Worker for 5 years, Nissan Worker for 3 years, Correction Officer at Holmes/Humphrey Correction Center until his passing.
He leaves his loving wife, Bernice Holmes Snow of Durant, MS; daughter: Lanetta Williams of Milwaukee, WI; step-daughter: Vallon Steverson of Durant, MS; mother: Minnie Snow of Durant, MS; sisters: Prophet Mary (Ricky) Hill of Kosciusko, MS, Ashley (John) Mabry of Jackson, MS and Debra Lawyer of Pickens, MS; brother: Richard Mallett of West, MS and a host of relatives and friends.

INTERMENT: New Center Ridge, Sallis, MS
