Charles Ferguson, Jr. was born April 27, 1935, to the late Charlie Ferguson, Sr. and Lillie Mae Ferguson in McCool, Mississippi.
He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and attended Mt. Lebanon AME Church. He was educated in the schools of Attala County.
Charles served in the United States Navy from December 9, 1955 - December 8, 1959. Charles was the owner of Radio Patrol Security for over 25 years before his retirement. After a short-term illness, Charles received his wings on August 26, 2023, at the Baptist Hospital in Kosciusko, MS.
Charles was preceded in death by his first wife: Muruis Veasey Ferguson; a son: Tyrone Ferguson; his parents and sister: Mae Eva Lewis; six brothers: Jessie, Ardell, Roosevelt, Cleo, Elihue, James Earl.
He leaves to mourn his passing a loving wife: TaNita Ferguson; six sons: Tommie Kimbrough, Evit Charles Ferguson, Marvin Ferguson, Kenneth Ray Ferguson all of Milwaukee, WI; Brian Ferguson, Des Moines, IA; Charles Ferguson III, Ethel, MS; one daughter, Janice Dotson, Milwaukee, WI; one step-son, Jimmie Marshall, New Mexico; one brother: Willie Ferguson, McCool, MS; mother-in-law, Carolyn Crudup, North Carolina; one sister-in-law, Sanja Anderson, Milwaukee, WI; two brothers-in-law, James Willis, North Carolina; Dedric Willis, Milwaukee a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
