Catherine V. Harmon was born on June 20, 1964 to the late David Brooks and Dorothy McMillon in Kosciusko, MS.
Catherine accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age and became a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. Catherine received her education in the Attala County School District.
