Obituary For Carl Walter Schoenfeld

MR. CARL WALTER SCHOENFELD – AGE 66, - of Ashland City, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024. He was born on June 17, 1957.

For several years Carl worked in construction before becoming a plumbing specialist in and around the Nashville Area.

Carl loved rock music, fishing, being around people, and often shared his love for Jesus. He was well loved by the community and always willing to reach out to help others, as well as his beloved feral cats that found their way into his kind heart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Werner Max Schoenfeld and Elizabeth Müller Schoenfeld; two brothers, Herbert “Herb” Schoenfeld and Joseph “Joe” Schoenfeld.

Left to cherish his memory are his two sisters, Henrietta “Henny” O’Bryant (Bobby) of Ooltewah, Maryann Schoenfeld, of Nashville; four brothers, Richard Schoenfeld, of MS, Paul Schoenfeld (Joyce), of Christiana, Fred J. Schoenfeld (Sherri), of Ringgold, Max Schoenfeld, FL., and many beloved nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held in the pavilion at Beautiful Greenwood Cemetery, Chattanooga, Tennessee on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 1:30 P. M. with Pastor Marty Green officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
