MRS. ANNETTE ROSS ANDERSON – AGE 68, - Of Tunnel Hill Georgia passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. She was born on June 6, 1956 to the late Willie Bell Weaver Ross and Robert Ross in Ellijay, Georgia. She was preceded by her sister, Helen Rogers and brother, Roy Ross. Annette was a faithful member of True Gospel Pentecostal Church, graduated from Coosa Valley Technical College, and was employed at Shaw Industries for over twenty years.
Survivors are her loving and devoted husband of forty-two years, Kenneth Lee Anderson; daughters, Kendra Anderson of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, Tempest Anderson of Bourbonnais, Illinois, stepdaughter, Kimberly (Izell, Jr.) Thurman of Calhoun, Georgia; grandchildren, Jaidan Mitchell, Ayana Hurston, Kenlyn Anderson, Nola Burgert; sisters, May Young of Dalton, Georgia, Barbara Smith of Detroit, Michigan, Evangelist Mattie Bell O'Neal of LaFayette, Indiana; brother, Robert (“Bud”) (Sherri) Ross of Indianapolis, Indiana; brother-in-law, Stanley (Marilyn) Anderson of Lyerly, Georgia; special cousin, Wanda Pender; special nieces, Tracey Terry, and Felicia Young; other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and church family.
Homegoing Celebration will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 2:00 P. M. at True Gospel Pentecostal Church, 109 South Henderson Street, Dalton, GA. 30721 with Elder Kenneth Cooper as Eulogist and Bishop Reuben Graham, Sr. and other Ministers officiating. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Saturday after 12:00 noon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon from 5:00 to 6:30 P. M. Interment, West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
