My deepest condolences to the family of Felicia Bell. She was always cheerful and had a friendly smile when I spoke to her at work. I remember when she retired I told her to enjoy her retirement. I know she will be missed by many at the Main Post Office at Crown Rd. May the peace of God comfort the family at this difficult time.
