Mrs. Charlsie Byrd Otieno, age 71, of Apopka, FL, formerly of Carrollton, GA died on October 23, 2020. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday November 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home Carrollton Chapel, 602 Newnan Rd, Carrollton, GA 30117, Pastor Denver Garvin Byrd, Eulogist; Pastor Vincent Dortch, Presiding. Interment will follow at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church Clem, Carrollton, GA. Viewing will be Friday November 6, 2020 from 3-6 PM. MASK WILL BE REQUIRED OF ALL ATTENDEES FOR EACH EVENT.
