Condolences to the Sims family and all who loved my friend Moses. I broadcast the Braves and Hawks for 15 years and not one game that we worked together did we not speak. Most of the time was spent laughing and trying to solve the problems of sports teams and our government. I loved that man. What a joy he was. My prayers are with all of you.
I'm scheduled to speak at Friday's service so I'll let those words reflect my heartfelt thoughts about my dear friend, but please believe that even though I'm not working for the Hawks anymore, Moses' spirit will be missed by many associated with the organization. He meant that much to all of us. RIP my friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Sims Family. Seeing Mr. Moses at the State Farm Arena or Turner Field press room the highlight of my visit whenever I was there covering a game. His great sense of humor and friendly attitude stood out every game. His love for Atlanta and service to the community will never be forgotten. 🙏🏾❤️🕊️

Heartfelt sympathy to the Sims Family. Mr. Moses was one of the first faves, and one of the most favorite faces, to see when walking into State Farm over the years. Always warm and welcoming and a standup man.
My heartfelt sympathy go out to the Sims Family. Mr Mose was a co worker @ State Farm Arena, very kind man and much of a gentleman. Mr Mose will be greatly missed at the Arena. Praying for the family
