William E. “Red” Daniel, 90, of Bowie, TX, passed away Monday, April 25th, 2022 in Bowie.
Graveside service will take place at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 28th , at Montague Cemetery in Montague, TX.
William was born June 11, 1931 in Chico, TX to William F. and Donnie Viola Daniel. He married Nancy Bryant on November 27, 1952 in Montague. William served 13 years in the US Army and then worked for 42 years for the highway department. He was a father figure to several generations of children.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Dorothy Roe; nephew, Dustin Cox.
William is survived by his wife, Nancy Daniel of Bowie; daughters, Melinda Wise and Sherry Cox; son, Bucky Wise; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
