Obituary For Jackie Michelle Bowers

Jackie Michelle Bowers, 43 of Chico, TX, passed away Thursday, November 23rd, 2023.

Graveside services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1st, at Rest Haven Cemetery in Barnhart, TX.

Jackie was born August 23, 1980 in Fort Stockton, TX to Carl Gene Bowers and Greta Frances Smith. She attended Sonora High School, where she was active in the marching band, but later moved to Bowie and attended high school there. Jackie then graduated from Grand Junction Trade Institute with a CNA License. She later returned home to Big Lake, TX before settling in Bowie, TX.

Jackie enjoyed drawing and was an avid reader, she loved her Bibles. She enjoyed helping people, and was a devoted daughter and loved taking care of her mother.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Leona Snodgrass and grandfathers, Jackie Smith and Wesley Bowers.

Jackie is survived by her mother, Greta St.John of Chico; father, Carl Bowers and wife Linda of San Angelo, TX; brother, Randy Quick of Whitesboro, TX; sister, Hope Hehn of Puryear, TN; and grandmother, Dorothy Bowers of San Angelo, TX.

Arrangements entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie, TX.
