So very saddened that you are no longer with us Mr. Mitchell. I found you to be a real fried and co-worker, always making me laugh about how you would go to Utica campus and finish your work and head home, and I would still be trying to get there driving so slowly. Continue the joyous jokes around the great throne of love with all of our love one who have gone on before "Blessings " and Condolence's to the family. Ruth Smith

Mr Mitchell and I carpooled from Jackson MS to the Utica Campus of Hinds Community College for many years .He always kept a humorous atmosphere in the car telling jokes and discussions of UTC campus employees and activities. He was very kind to me and my children, for he continued to carry them to Utica ,after I was transferred to another campus of Hinds. We have fond memories of him and will cherish having known him and pray that he is continuing to make the angels laugh in Heaven. Theresa B Ellison , Romunda & Racquel Battle
So sorry to hear of Thurmans passing. I worked along side Thurman for 20 years and he was always a supportive and fair Employer and He knew his FA Govt. Rules better than any one I knew in FA. i enjoyed our years working together. I didn't see Thurman very often after He retired but when we saw each other we just picked up where we left off, Talking about the 'good old days in FA'. It saddens my heart to know you are no longer here sharing your wit and fun loving personality with all around you. Prayers for the family. You will be missed by many. Anne Grove
