Cousin Frank was an amazing + lovely person. I will always keep his love for singing + encouraging in my heart always. Praying that he is at peace + that his voice is billowing throughout Heaven. He will be missed earthside but forever in the hearts of many. love Princess
It is with condolences that we extend our heart felt prayers on the passing of Frank Williams, Jr.
Frank was a Pilar in our community here in Chicago for many, many years! He was known as our Mayor in the city blocks that surrounded him. Frank would fill your heart with stories of his life and the good times he shared with his wife Gerri. The two of them were like my extended family. We treated each other as family should, caring for each other over the years!!!
Earvin is my new husband of almost a year, but he and Frank bonded on 97th Place from the time they met. Frank wanted to tell him about what to look out for as we began to date. When we shared with Frank and Gerri we were engaged, they almost hit the floor, but we're overjoyed for us!!
My heart hurts a bit now with both of them no longer in reach, however I know they are in a better place and together once again.
Nothing better than God's plan!!!
We'll miss you until we see you again!!!

Love you Uncle Frank. Sending hugs of comfort to my family. Love, Nikki
The Lord in His infinite wisdom declared a need to bring back unto Himself our beloved Frank. I met he and his loving wife, Geraldine during our 2012 family reunion in Washington, DC. From that moment until now, it has been a treasured gift to have known him. His participation during our weekly family prayer call over the years will be missed. Frank's melodious voice, his gift from God, absolutely delighted us when he would sing his rendition of "Happy Birthday" to family members celebrating a birthday for the upcoming week. His ministry of presence during those calls were special and meaningful. I believe that Frank is at home with his beloved wife and they are enjoying being in the presence of our Heavenly Father. Peace, peace to Phyllis and the entire Williams family.
Loving, Naomi
