I am deeply saddened by the passing of Elijah. While living in South Carolina he was just like one of my other nephews who he was around all the time. I prayed heavily for healing but just because we don't see it on this side,doesn't mean God didn't do it! I can imagine you now, enjoying your new body and loving on your relatives who were waiting at the gate to welcome you home. Our entire family were going to get a charter bus to come to Mississippi because we thought services would be on Friday or Saturday. Nonetheless, we sent out love and prayers with the ones who are on the way now. It's upsetting knowing you are no longer here, but we can't be selfish and want you here while suffering. We love you Elijah and pray for strength for your family, friends, and whomever life you touched during your 16 years on earth! Rest in peace!!!! (DeJai Wood)
