What do you say when you lose a treasure? There are no words. I will hold on to the warm memories and good times we shared. Like the time when Douglas ate so many donuts that he had to have his stomach pumped at the hospital. Who can forget the time he tried to stuff popcorn kernels up his nose to do a magic trick for Lynn and I. Back to the hospital he went. What I will miss most is his loving smile and love for his family and friends. I can hear him saying " ya'll just keep serving Jehovah and we will be together soon. " I love him dearly and I will miss him until Jehovah says " Douglas, wake up."

To my spiritual family, I send my deepest sympathy. Douglas will be truly missed. Continue to look forward to the day when death will be no more and we are able to see, and hold our loved ones in our arms again. My thoughts and prayers are with you. CW

My friend Douglas will be missed my memory goes back to a kid with Doug growing up. Always one I looked forward seeing at assemblies and conventions. He was older but he looked for played with me taught me things big boy teaches little. He was practically family to me in my eyes. I will miss him. I know the pain of the lost to his family.
