Mrs. Shanna Nichole McClain, 46, of Gadsden, AL, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

She is survived by her loving family.

(Shanna Banana) Shanna Nichole McClain was Born in Gadsden Al. Shanna was a spontaneous and outspoken soul, a big Georgia Bulldog fan, Kevin Gates Number one fan. Music was Shanna’s therapy along with couponing, and smart shopping. Anytime you watch Jurassic Park, Transformers, or Toy Story, or have a Hershey Kiss with a Mountain Dew she will come to your mind because those are her favorites. The realest Sagittarius to walk in Growth and Development.

Shanna was preceded in death by grandfathers Ed Lumpkin and RL Adam’s, Granny (Ina Adam’s) (Joshua Steele), Step father Steve Peterson, best friend Bobby Bonds and her treasured companion Ghotti.

She is survived by her husband B.Jay McClain, mother Ina Peterson, father Dewey Lumpkin, sisters Shae (Chris) Meeks, Rebekah Lumpkin(mini-me), special sister Grimika, Jakiyah , brothers (too many to name) Shanna’s children Courtney Lumpkin, Mikal (Shelby) Steele. Shanna’s five grandkids; Nevaeh, Royalty, Creed, Carter,Cadle. A host of several niece's, nephews and cousins and she was a GG to everybody.

In-person condolences with the family will be 12:00 Noon -6p.m. Saturday, March 29,2025 at the West Gadsden Funeral Home (Rev. Dr. G.E. & Betty Robinson) Chapel.
