Obituary For Harry Brantley

Mr. Harry Brantley was born on February 15, 1951 to the late Mr. Robert Brantley and Mrs. Clara Champion Brantley. He was one of eight children born to this union, six of which preceded him in death: Robert, Jr., Willie J., Ralph, Eddie, Bessie and Addie. He departed this life on Thursday, February 8, 2024.

He accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age and joined Rock Hill Baptist Church. He attended Greene County Schools. He was employed with Alcan and Rio Pinto America.

He leaves to cherish his memory five brothers: Albert Brantley of Decatur, Ga., John Brantley of Greensboro, Ga., James (Emma) Wright of Decatur, Ga., William (LeAnn) Wright of Greensboro, Ga. and Charlie R. Wright of Bowling Green, Mo. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services – Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 12:00 Noon from the Chapel at Watts Funeral Home, Union Point, Ga. with Rev. James E. Wright, Sr., Officiating.
