Obituary For Ella M. Miller

Mrs. Ella McWhorter Miller, age 70, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 4, 2020.

Ella was born on Wednesday, October 25, 1950 to the late Leola Allen in Maxey, Georgia. She was educated in Greene County Public School System and graduated from F. T. Corry High School in 1968. She married her high school sweetheart Ronald Miller of Greensboro, Georgia, who was her partner in life for 51 years. She was a seamstress, avid volunteer, a loving wife and supporting mom.

She was a member of Harmonia Baptist Church before moving her membership to Mt. Zion Baptist, where she served by her husband’s side by helping with the youth Sunday School and youth choir.

Ella was a friend to all and a joy to be around. Her smile and laughter will be missed by all.

Ella is survived by her husband Ronald Miller; daughters, Felisa and Rhonda Miller; son Brandon (Tamika) Miller; granddaughter Breana Miller; sisters, Dorothy (Robert) Briscoe of Union Point, Carolyn Allen of Athens; brother, Ace Chester McWhorter of Penfield; and a host of sister in laws, brother in laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
