Mr. Curtis Jernigan was born January 21, 1964 to the late Mr. Linnie and Mrs. Pearlie Fuellen-Jernigan. In addition to his parents, two sisters and one brother preceded him in death.
His earthly life ended on May 2, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, Georgia.
Curtis Jernigan was employed at Quail International for 13 ½ years. He also graduated from High School with the Class of 1982.
Curtis was the sweetest, most kind-hearted person we knew and loved. He did not mind helping anyone if he could.
He leaves to cherish his memories:
The love of his life for 30 years: Ms. Arlene Wyatt, two step daughters: Alicia (Michael) Nesbitt and Monica McKinney; five grandkids: Aaliyah Wyatt, Makayla, Michael, Ja’Nera, and MaJor Nesbitt; four brothers: Willie J. Jernigan, Linnie (Elizabeth) Jernigan, Jr., Charles L. (Lula) Jernigan, Robert C. (Wynette) Jernigan; one sister: Princella Jernigan. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral will be held Thursday May 6, 2021 from the Macedonia Baptist Church Greensboro, Ga at 2 pm.
