OBITUARY Lorna Blossom Stephenson (nee Cowell) 57, departed this life on February 28, 2020. Blossom was born September 9, 1962, in Coker, St Elizabeth, Jamaica. She is the first child of Cardel Clarke White and the late Alphanso (Phanso) Cowell. Blossom was a kind, loving and family-oriented person. She loved to cook, entertain and have a great time with anyone who enjoys spending time with her. Blossom worked very hard to live her best life. She worked many different jobs. However, her most rewarding job was a caregiver and Certified Nursing Assistant. Blossom was a very good listener, hard worker, loving, charismatic, charming and easy going. She could fit into any environment. As a result, she was highly valued by her employers. Everywhere she worked, her employers and clients were relentless in expressing their gratitude to her for her excellent professionalism. An article was published in the New York Times on Nov. 30, 1997 featuring Blossom, The Last Best Friends Money can Buy, Ted Conover. Left to mourn her passing are: husband: Robin Stephenson, sons: Courtland (Junior) and Jermaine Reid; Stepsons Daquan and Devante Stephenson; grandchildren: Haley, Alana (GG) & Malia Reid, and Honour Stephenson; Mother: Cardel White; sisters: Winsome (May) Cowell, and Keisha White; Brothers: Colin (Man) Cowell, Steve and Kevin White. Stepmother: Icolyn (Ms. Wong) White, Mother-in-law and friend: Icolene Miller Robinson; Aunts: Fay, Nellie, Dr. Ionie (Corrider) Pierce, Joycelyn and Olive Brown; Uncles: Donald Senior, Dalvin Rowe, Darian Williams, and Wilfred Brown; Nephews, Nieces, brothers and sisters in-laws, Cousins and host of other relatives and friends whose lives are forever blessed with Blossom’s love and kindness. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Tri-City Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1978 Georgia 42, McDonough, GA 30253 at 1:30 p.m.

Funeral and Burial Services will be held at the Coker Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Coker St. Elizabeth Jamaica on Sunday March 29, 2020. at 10:00 a.m.
