We mourn with our family, The Lipscombs, and the community of friends and well wishers who knew LeRoi as a man with an abiding belief in human beings. He loved, and was loved, with an open heart that represented one of the best on Earth that God shared with us. He took the Last Train Home.

I first met Leroi in February when I started working with him. He immediately made me feel welcomed and made me feel part of the work family. Every morning he worked we would have our coffee discussing the schedule for the day. He had such a beautiful personality and a wonderful soul. I will miss him dearly.
