Obituary For Robert Borders, Jr.

Mr. Robert Borders, Jr., of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at his residence.

Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church located at 3695 Poplar Springs Road in Marianna, Florida 32446 where the Reverend Dwight Cockerham, Sr., is the pastor.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Borders will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the service.

He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Mother: Martha Williams Peterson of Blountstown, Florida

Two Sisters: Melissa Borders of Blountstown, Florida and Elnora Peterson of Sneads, Florida

One Brother: David (Kameil) Borders of Seattle, Washington

And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
