Mrs. Mary K. Newton, of Greenwood, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Select Medical Hospital, in Panama City, Florida.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church located at 2891 Orange Street in Marianna, Florida 32448 with Rev. Linda Edwards-Ellis, officiating.
Interment will be in the McChapel AME Church Cemetery located at 4963 Old US Road in Marianna, Florida.
Mrs. Newton will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the service.
She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Three Daughters: Sherita (Bobby) Addison of Tallahassee, Florida; Natalie (Tracy) Lewis of Severna Park, Maryland and Jarvis Edwards of Bascom, Florida
Three Brothers: Charles (Retha May) Keys, Ben (Mary) Keys and Willie (Maretha) Hall of Marianna, Florida
Five Sisters: Beatrice Keys and Nellie Ruth Balkcom of Marianna, Florida; Dorothy Oliver of Malone, Florida; Eva Ruth White of Panama City, Florida; and Alier White of Panama City, Florida
And a host of grandchildren nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
