Sheena Thomas
On April 3, 2024, Sheena Thomas age 33 of Knoxville, TN, beloved mother peacefully entered eternal rest. Our Lord and Savior granted her grace to endure the battle of cancer for three years.
She was the youngest child born March 7, 1991, to Marinita Creswell and Vincent Thomas in Atlanta, GA. She was a loving mother and beloved sister and friend to all that knew her. She will truly be missed by those who were blessed to have known her.
She attended South Doyle High School. She loved to sing and be with her loved ones, hosting many family get togethers at her home.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother Marinita Creswell and her grandmother Violetha Creswell, Uncles Rodney Creswell and Johnny Creswell, niece Jamarria Creswell and nephew Brian Sullivan.
Sheena leaves to cherish her memory and adoring boyfriend of 15 plus years, Edward Bailey Jr; her children Jorkyhia Ortiz, Emoni Bailey and Edward Bailey III; her siblings, Rochelle Creswell, Brandi Creswell, Johnelle Creswell, Terrance Lundy and Brandon Creswell; Uncles, Brian Creswell and Kenzil Creswell; Sister-in-law, Dominque Bailey, along with a host of loving nieces and nephews, cousins, family, and friends to include special caretaker Dorothy Bailey.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 13 2024 from 12:00-1:00 pm at Unity Mortuary with Celebration of Life to follow with Rev. Michael McNair officiating.
The final resting place will be at the Mt. Olive Cemetery immediately following the service.
