Wesley, aka 'Charles Wesley Neighbor' you are already missed. Truly enjoyed hanging out with you and miss your laugh. Over the past week I have heard you referred to as a 'gentle giant' and that you were! One of a kind man with the biggest heart and personality. Glad I knew you. Praying for the family.

I will always remember you as "Stan the Man." You always treated me like one of your little sisters and I will always remember you and your love for motorcycles. You are now free to ride the streets of gold. Rest in peace - big brother. ππ½ποΈ
Wesley, last time we talked you were all smiles and we were remembering old times riding our motorcycles with the Aces. The fun times we had going all over the country and especially speed week in Daytona Florida. I can't believe that was more than 40 years ago. You would always say "Let The Sparks Fly", those who rode with us back then knows what that means. I'll miss you brother! Rest In Heaven Wes.

Praying for the family, I worked with Charles and his father at PBA for many years. We always joked about his fishing and motorcycle riding skills. Charles was a man of principles and not afraid to speak his mind. Rest in Heaven my Brother. Steve Cheatham
Psalm 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. My deepest heartfelt sympathy and may the PEACE of GOD that surpasses ALL understanding provide comfort to each of you now and forevermore. Treasure the memories of your Love Ones in your Hearts forevermore. R.I.H. with JESUS, Charles Wesley Neal, friend, and A-E 1980 Classmate. Charles hit me up on Messenger last month and I would see him from time to time in the community. Nevertheless, when we were at AE we would greet each other, Charles saying to me "Hey Little Bit", and I'll say "Hey Big Bit" all the time. We still greet each other anytime we seen each other the same way. Anytime we would see each other, it was always with surprisingly happiness, and of course, lots of laughter. Charles, rest easy in Paradise. BEEP-BEEP ROADRUNNER, BEEP-BEEP. Jamesena West-Hardin & Family

Wes was a brother to me and it hurts my heart deeply to know that I can't talk to him every morning. I will miss you more than anyone can imagine. I pray for his family and friends that they will get through this difficult period. I will always cherish the memories we shared my brother.
My Childhood Friend/Brother!!! We did a lot of things together but riding our motorcycles was our favorite. Big Wes took me on my first ride through the mountains. I was so impressed how he would lean off to the side of his bike to take a curve, seeing that I was hooked and he taught me a lot that day. I could go on and on about this guy. Man I'm going to miss my Brother..
Me and a co worker had lunch with him thursday Rip My friend. wayne
