Mr. Skinner son of the late Louis and Mary Alice Robertson Skinner was born on August 28, 1944 in Horry County. After an extended illness he passed away on May 31, 2019 at his residence.

Viewing for Mr. Skinner will be from 4-7pm on June 3, 2019 at the D. L. Grate Memorial Chapel

Services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at the Finklea Career Center ,3501 HWY 917 Loris SC 29569

Burial will take place at the Mt. Rona Church Cemetery.
