Obituary For Ms. Diana Holloway

Ms. Dina Holloway was born to the late Ms. Hannah Mae Holloway and the late Mr. Guss Johnson on June 22, 1952. She attended public school in the Upson County School System and attended Drake High School.

When she reached adulthood, she found employment at Thomaston Mills and later Martha Mills. Diana received her CNA licenses and found employment at Providence Nursing Home and at Riverside Nursing Home. Even after leaving the nursing home, Diana did private duty sitting. She enjoyed working with the patients and helping others.

During her leisure time she enjoyed cooking, shopping, spending time with her children and grandchildren, watching her Falcons football team and watching the Atlanta Braves.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Brenda Johnson. On Wednesday, October 18, 2023 the Lord called her name. She answered the call and went home to be at rest, where there is no mor sickness, sorrow, and no more pain.

She leaves to cherish her memory, three children; Ms. Charlotte Holloway of Thomaston, GA, Mr. Travis Holloway of Atlanta, GA and Ms. Latonya Holloway of Meansville, GA; two sisters, Ms. Margie Mims of Boston, Ma and Ms. Sharon Bentley of Forsyth, GA; one brother, Mr. Claude Johnson of Macon, GA; one uncle, Mr. Frank Holloway Jr. of Atlanta, GA; two devoted cousins, Mr. Ronnie Holloway and Mr. Mitch Holloway both of Thomaston, GA; two devoted friends, Ms. Jeanette Skelton and Ms. Martha Willis both of Thomaston, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, other cousins and other relatives and friends.
