The Life of Marcia Ann Elleby began when she entered into this world on June 16, 1959. She was a blessing to the late Mr. Lloyd Eleby Sr. & Mrs. Maryetta Foster Eleby in Barnesville, Georgia. She received her formal education training beginning with the Booker School and she graduated from the Lamar County Comprehensive High School.
Marcia was employed as a cook in Atlanta in a hotel. She later in life was employed with Wilco, beginning with Dairy Queen and she worked as a cashier in the Jackson Truck Stop. Marcia especially loved gatherings with her family. She spent countless hours playing Spades with her family and devoted friends. In her younger years, she would travel and play softball and had many memorable moments. She loved to cook and bake treats for her family.
Marcia was preceded in death by siblings Ms. Karen Stroud, Lloyd Eleby Jr. and Ms. Yvonne Wilson. While surrounded by her family, Marcia departed to eternity on November 10, 2024.
