Shacola Rogers 42, passed on October 2, 2019 at the home. She leaves to cherish her memories: Her daughter, Shakala Amunique Morris (Gerrell) of Angier, a special daughter, Lillian iarmon, two special sons, Dontay Mack and Dontrell Mack; her parents, Willie Everette Rogers of Buies Creek and Cora and Clyde Vandergriff of Angier; her maternal grandparents, Cora and Elijah Jones, of Fuquay-Varina; Paternal grandparents, Mary and Willie June Rogers, of Willow Springs; two great aunts, and one great uncle. Lovingly cherishing her memories are four sisters, Kisa Hargett (Marcus), of Selma, Taquira Vandergriff, of Angier, Angelique Ray (Joseph) of Buies Creek, Ashiey Dudley (Anthony) of Buies Creek, and a God sister Gerkiyah Matthews of Erwin. She is also sweetly remembered by special friends Reggie and Sueann McNeil(Hope)of the home. She leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews,friends,

I was shocked and sad to hear about the passing of Shacola. She was one of the students that I worked with at Fuquay High School. She would help me in the office and always had a pleasant smile and was a beautiful soul. She was one of my favorites. Although she will no longer be with us, she will never be forgotten.
