Obituary For Rev. William B. Holder, Jr.

William B. Holder, Jr., 92 of Cary, NC passed on February 14, 2019 at Hillcrest of Crabtree Valley in Raleigh, NC.

Service will be held 12:30 pm Monday, February 18, 2019 at Trice Funeral Home, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.

Our father, William B. Holder, Jr., deeply believed in education with heart (love) was key to uplifting and expressing the highest aspects of the child to become a great contributor to life, society, and God. In honor of our father, in lieu of flowers, please donate to Lanto Montessori International Schools.

Lanto Montessori International Schools is a platform for excellence in Preschool and Primary/Elementary School Education and is based in South Africa. It currently has 240 students and recently opened the First Montessori School in Soweto, South Africa. Lanto Montessori International Schools is the first and only Montessori School (out of 200 in South Africa) in South Africa serving black and children from low income families. Forty (40) of the students enrolled at Lanto Montessori International School live in a Children's Home (Orphanage) called New Jerusalem Children's Home.

The monthly tuition is only $150 per month and most families cannot afford it. Other Montessori Schools in South Africa charge four (4) to five (5) times that amount per month.

JUST AS HE RESURRECTED HIS OWN SON, JESUS CHRIST, FROM THE DEAD, HE PROMISES TO DO THE SAME FOR OTHERS. Hello Holder Family, I'm a neighbor living in the area. Having heard of your most recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too, well know the grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these, it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such losses, is the wonderful promise of Christ Jesus, recorded for our comfort at John 5 ;28,29. I hope, that when you are feeling up to it, that you are going to look up these powerful Scriptures, in your copy of The Bible.
