He is survived by two children: Malchijah Barbee and Elexis Chatman; sister, Carol (Robert) Merritt, and brother Karl (Sylvia) Chatman; mother-in-law, Laviter Chatman and Linnett S. Mumphery; sister-in-law Dorthea Chatman, Bertha Mumphery-Otey and Lisa Chatman; brother-in-law, Gregory Mumphery; also survived by four grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, family, special friends Donna Hyde and Darren Roschelle Ricks, and friends. Visitation Monday, December 7, 2020, 12-1 with Memorial Service to follow at Terrell Broady Funeral Home. Inurnment Hills of Calvary Cemetery
