Mr. Tommy Jackson, Jr., 42, of Columbus, GA passed Thursday, September 28, 2023 in Columbus, GA.

Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. EST, Saturday, October 7, 2023 at St. Peter's A.M.E Old Church Cemetery with Pastor Robert Toney, officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, October 6, 2023 from 2-5 p.m. EST.

Mr. Jackson was born September 20, 1981 in Columbus, GA to Tommy Lee Jackson, Sr.and the late Phyliss Jackson. He was preceded in death by a brother, Laforrest M. Thomas.

He is survived by his beloved friend, Shakira Owens; father, Tommy L. Jackson, Sr. and step mother, Clauden Jackson; one sister, Latoria Jackson (Calvin Coleman), Phenix City, AL; three brothers, Riley Cooper and Tyhenane Thomas, Phenix City, AL; Walter James Thomas, Jr., Milwaukee, WI; six uncles, John (Earnestine) Jackson, Ulysses (Jessie) Upshaw, OC (Ramona) Jackson and Johnny Ford all of Phenix City, AL, Arthur Jackson, Connecticut and Jesse Jackson of Michigan; one great uncle, Arthur Jackson of Michigan; four aunts, Sadie (Tony) Floyd and Rosie (Herbert) Brown of Phenix City, AL and Rebecca Hampton of Connecticut and Cloria (James) Brunson of Texas; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
