Lt. Ricky Lee Stewart was one of the strongest, kindness men I have ever known. He never "bossed" people and was respected by all. In over 25 years in Russell County Courtrooms and I have never heard a bad word about him. He will be and is truly missed by all who knew him. My prayers are with him and his family. Thomas F.
