She was a lifelong homemaker who enjoyed her children and devoting time to her nieces and nephews.
She was the glue that held the โJenkins Familyโ together, but her crowning glory were her 5 children, of whom she adored. Her lifelong ambition was the welfare of her children and family members.
Joining the heavenly host to ease her transition and welcoming her to glory was her son, Wayne Jenkins; her parents, Merdis Sanks & Sylvester Jenkins; her gifts to heaven, grandson, Tremaine Hardin and her precious angel, Kaitlyn Jenkins.
Left to cherish her memories are her two sons, Gregory (Tonya) Jenkins and William (Bonita) Jenkins; two daughters, Thalia (Lawrence,Sr.) Hardin and Trellis (Andra) Williams; step-mother, Johnnie Mae Jenkins; grandchildren, Quantavious (Shankia), Lawrence, Jr. (Brianna), Isia, Sydney, Tiesha, Sherese (Thomas II) and Quinae (JohnShay); great grandchildren, Kimora, Nina, Thomas, III, Cameron, Savannah, LaRyiah, Brayden, Braylon and Kendyll; three sisters, Vera Jenkins, Rhonda (Preston) Robinson and Earnestine (Charles) Gordon; two brothers Sylvester, Jr. (Audrey) Jenkins, Curtis (Charlene) Jenkins; special nieces and nephews whom she raised as her own Sintavious (Amanda) Tamekia (David), Nikkita (Mark), Brandon, Shakenya, Preston, Jr. (Von), Kaden and an array of other loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends; a devoted friend, Alberta Cotton.
