Mrs. Geneva "Gee Gee" Harris Williams, 81, of Smiths Station, AL passed Friday, February 26, 2021 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. EST, Friday, March 5, 2021 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Smiths Station, AL with Rev. Jefferey McCauley, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 1 - 5 p.m. EST according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Mrs. Williams was born November 27, 1939 in Phenix City, AL to the late Bishop Harris and the late Dora Stokes. She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church and retired from Fieldcrest Mill.
Survivors include her children, Brenda Williams, Michael (Yolanda) Williams, Marilyn Williams, Vernis (Jeremy) Upshaw and Chalisa Truss; six sisters, Eva Crawford, Mamie Thomas, Georgia Taylor, Doris (James) Thomas, Lillian Hunter and Sheila Harris; three brothers, Bishop Harris, Billy (Diane) Harris and Leon (Rose) Harris; 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
