Cora D. Rodriguez-Wilson, 56, of Phenix City, AL passed on Monday, December 18, 2023 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. EST, Friday, December 22, 2023 at St. Patrick Church, 1502 Broad Street, Phenix City, AL, with Father David Hamm, pastor, officiating. No Public viewing.
Dawn Rodriguez-Wilson was born in Fayette, AL, the eldest daughter to (the late) Rumaldo Rodriguez-Rivera & Trevae Rodriguez. Raised in a military dependent household which routinely relocated, she developed a strong devotion to core family values. These of which she dedicated her life of fidelity as a wife, mother & guardian of three children, Emily, Randi and Brian-Michael.
Dawn lovingly created countless family vacations, multiple birthday celebrations & exuberant Christmas & Easter season activities- all she would go on to share with her cherished grandchildren.
She is fondly remembered for her bold dress attire, daring hairstyles & ever beautiful smile.
Dawn was preceded in death by her husband of 15 years: Randy Wilson; former Husband of three years, Sammy Walker.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two loving daughters, Emily Rodriguez-Walker(Terry), Randi Rodriguez-Wilson; mother, Ellis Trevae Rodriguez; five Siblings, Gabriel(Maria) Rodriguez, Johnny Rumaldo Rodriguez, Natalie Felicita Rodriguez, Tuesday Nicole Rodriguez-Lacey, Raymond(Trinell) Moore; four grandchildren,Brian-Michael Rodriguez, Maddison Rodriguez-Cook, Ensleigh Moore-Wilson, Randy Rodriguez-Wilson; godson, Quandevion Durham and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
