Charmaine Mitchell, 47, of Phenix City, AL passed on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. EST, Wednesday, April 2, 2025 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Mattie Edwards, officiating. Burial to follow in Canaan A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Seale, AL. Visitation is Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 2- 5 p.m. EST.
Charmaine Mitchell of Phenix City, Al. Born to the late Joe Lewis and Jamie Nell Mitchell. He was a 1995 graduate of Russell County High School. Charmaine Mitchell was a loving brother, father, uncle and friend. Life ended for Charmaine Mitchell March 25, 2025.
He confessed Christ as his personal Savior and worked at Johns Manville.
He was preceded in death by father, Joe Lewis Mitchell, Mother Jamie Nell Mitchell, brothers; Macie and Jerry Mitchell, and Sister Deloris Moffet.
Charmaine leaves to cherish his memories to his spouse and best friend, Charline Chadwick; his children, Vanderrius Chadwick, Timothy Harris, Travian Chadwick, Tia Harris, Demarcus Harris, Lila Chadwick, Tyra Chadwick and Tyrek Chadwick; four grandchildren, Laderrius Parker, Noah Harris, Queso Harris and Natalie Harris; siblings, Robert (Jackie) Mitchell, Eddie (Morocka) Mitchell, Mary (Curtis) Fears, Ruby Mitchell, Joseph (Denese) Mitchell, Joyce (Calvin) Sanders of Opelika, AL, Larry (Shirley) Mitchell Phenix City, Al , Jerome Mitchell Opelika, AL, Anthony (Angela) Mitchell Phenix City, AL, Tyrone Mitchell Carrollton, GA, Kalvin Mitchell Phenix City, AL, Michelle (Lorenzo) Lyles, Phenix City, AL, Denise Mitchell, Opelika, AL, Tawanda Mitchell Phenix City, AL, James Mitchell Phenix City, AL, Reginald (Jessica) Mitchell, Opelika, AL. Three Aunts, Hattie Pearl Pitts of Phenix City, AL, Annie Jean Pitts of Phenix City, AL, Opelika, AL, and Cora Lee James Opelika, AL.
