Jeannie Jones commented on Cecil " Soul Dog ". He loves to play his 70s music.
I didn't know who people were talking about when they said that "Soul Dog passed (Cecil). I have always thought his name was Caesar. When I looked up the obituary: I knew exactly who he was. He's like family because my family and I always knew him. He was indeed a nice person. He was a young man in spirit. He always played his 70s music 🎵. My deep condolences to the family!
Mr. Cecil was a very sweet man and he will be missed but not forgotten. R.I.P. Cecil
