I met Brandon yes ago when I was working with his sister. I didn't know the family too well yet but I used to just sit around and listen him and the family talk about different things. Brandon was always so loud and funny and full of life, but quiet at the same time. I found myself intrigued because not only was he handsome but he was so hard working. I then found out that we were bday twins because we were both Gemini born 1 day apart. I found out quickly that Brandon didn't bite his tongue and was not to be messed with. I also found out that he would give you the shirt off of his back... heck the skin off of it if you needed it. He loved his family, especially his mother. That was his QUEEN. I was sad and proud when he inlisted in the army. He has always been a soldier and he will be missed dearly.
SFC Minger you were truly a gentle giant! Always making everyone laugh yet you were stern at all the right times! I'm so glad I got to give you your flowers while you could still smell them! I started out as your soldier & we ended off as family! I will never forget the impact you had on my life, and I'm forever grateful for you and your warm spirit! I'll miss you my buddy, I'll miss you friend! I see God needed the best because you truly was THEE BEST! Rest on SFC Minger and May God send his angels to cover your family, friends, battles, soldiers & anyone affected!

To my family of the Late Brandon Mingr, it is my most sincere regrets to hear of my cousin's passing on today. We will definitely stay in effectual fervent prayer and look forward to his home going celebration. Brandon is definitely one of God's gifts and a true soldier, not just in the United States Army but also in the Kingdom of God. He loved his family and supported others as much as possible. It is truly a sad day for us all however, I STILL BELIEVE THE REPORT OF OUR GOD AND SAVIOR, CHRIST JESUS! Brandon will be missed GREATLY; until then, I love you STILL on this side and wait till I get there. REST IN HIS CARE, you've definitely gained your wings, finished your race and made it to your eternal home.
God's best, Your cousins, Tanya Scott (DeeDee), Tamiya Scott, Ron Hudson, Jr, Kayson Thomas, and Kristian Lee-Scott
