Bernice Jefferson King, 80, of Tallahassee, FL., gained her wings on November 6, 2023. Her viewing will be Friday, Nov. 10th, 2023 at 11:00 am. until her wake service from 4:30 pm. to 6:00 pm. in the Strong & Jones Chapel. Her funeral services will be held at Watson Temple Institutional COGIC on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11:00 am. Her burial will be Monday, November 14, 2023 at 11:00 am.
She is survived by her husband Roy King, Daughters; Mimi J. Rutherford (Dexter,deceased), Denise K. Wooden (Carlas) and Bridget King, Brother: Wilbert Jefferson; Sisters; Gloria J. Anderson and Beatrice J. Adams; Sister -In-Law, Sarah Glover of Fort Myers, FL. Grandchildren (Great-Grandchildren): Jessica Clark (Sydney & Ava), DeVonte Reed (Skye), Dante Reed, Dyaise Reed (Carmelo, Carmen, Cristen, & Cayleigh), and Frankie Glover.
She is preceded in death by her loving son Clarence A. Reed, Jr.
