I remember Lessie from working with her at Cape Canaveral Hospital. She was a professional at her work and I am saddened to hear of her passing but say a prayer for her peace.

I know you're resting in the Lords arms now. I met Lessie in 1993 at Cape Canaveral Hospital. I had come from a 5 star gourmet food background, but she whispered in my ear...you don't know Southern Cookin'. I learned how to cook all the best things from her. The way to make collard greens and Cornbread and and and...I know how to make a proper Southern Vegetable Plate. Lessie I will remember you fondly always. Robin Ryan.
