George Anthony Head was born October 25, 1973 to Catha Mae Reddick and the late George Frank Head.

His passion was farming and farm work. He passed from this earthly life on February 6, 2022.

Along with his mother, Catha Mae Reddick, he leaves to mourn; a devoted companion of 17 years, Laverne Smith and his beloved son, Anthony Marquese Head; sister, Brenda (Lewis) Hardy of Barwick GA; brothers Shannon Head of North Dakota and the late Tony (Tracie) Dixon of Quitman, GA; aunts, Virginia (Richard) McRae of Boston, GA, Frances Brown of Thomasville, GA, Carrie Butts; cousin/aunt, Barbara Head of Quitman, GA, Mary H.(Wayne) Brooks, Hephzibah, GA; uncles, Bobby and Darline Head of Warner Robins, GA, Rollie Lee Bell of Boston, GA, Wallace Cason of Boston, GA, Leroy Head of Quitman, GA, Morris Bell of Thomasville, GA; godson/nephew, Cleveland B. Bell; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
