David Lydell Brown age 56, was born March 7,1967 in Quitman, Georgia.
David passed away Wednesday October 18,2023. He was a dedicated Store Associate for Walmart (Norman Drive, Valdosta, Georgia) for 23 years. He attended Brooks County Public School system.
He is survived by his mother Bertha Brown; his father David Brown preceded him in death; special love for his grandparents Liza L. Cole (Quitman) and Robert B. Cole whom preceded him in death; his loving sister Sharon Brown; his brothers Kenneth Brown (Sharon) and Robert Brown whom preceded him in death; his nieces and nephews Kenneth Brown (Tatiana, Keinari, Jahleel, Izahah), Cortney Brown (Ja'Kari Albert), Anthony Pickett Jr. (Mel), Jasmine Brown (Liam); his special aunts Eula Sheppard (Ralph Sheppard and Jeffery Cole whom preceded in death); Patricia (Al whom preceded in death), Chris Cole (Adrian), Erica Cole, Toshi Mcqueen; uncles George Cole (Emma), Atlanta, GA, (Princess, Gerald, Stank), Robert L. Cole, Jr. and Curtis Cole (whom preceded him in death).
Special Friends: Wanda Griffin, Valdosta, GA, Chris, Orlando, FL, Mat, Quitman, GA, Allen, Valdosta, GA, George, Quitman, Flip, Quitman; his entire Walmart Family and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
David touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity. He maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.
Graveside services will be Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 3PM at North End Cemetery with Bro. Tony Herring, officiating.
