Mr. Curtis L. Baker, 66
Curtis Lee Baker was born January 4, 1957 in Quitman, Georgia to the late Elbert James Baker and Ida Holden Baker. He departed this life on November 22, 2023.
Curtis was a lifelong resident of Quitman, Georgia. He attended Brooks County High School in Quitman. He was employed as a dairyman.
Curtis was preceded in death by four brothers, Elbert James Baker, Jr., Jerry Baker, Willie Mack Baker, Samuel Baker and two sisters Belle Galloway and Sadie Miller.
Curtis leaves to mourn his loving wife, Annie Sloan; his sons Derrick Sloan, Kendrick Sloan and Jason Sloan; his daughter Samantha Baker; son-in-law Eric Arnold; daughter-in-law Keisha Smith; grandchildren Kensheria , Zyona, Takiya, Jasimine, Kentarian, Kenlaysia, Keniya, Kenobe, KJ, Eric Jr., Derrick Jr., Jaidin, Tykeria, Kameron, Ka’Miyah, Jakyrion, Jhurni, and Jaisen; one brother Terry Baker; one sister-in-law Dollie Baker; special nephew Eddie Lee Baker and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Evelyn McGhee Repast Center in Quitman with Rev. Jackie Hargrow officiating.
