Please continue to keep the family lifted up in prayer.
Although I didn't know your son, I know your pain. There are no words no make a mama's heart feel better during this time. I, myself just went through this. All one can offer is prayer and for Jesus to comfort you. So I ask in Jesus name that he comfort you and your family.
Although there are no words that can take away the pain of losing this precious young man, please remember that you are not alone. Psalms 46:1 says that God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress. He will help you through this difficult time (Isaiah 41:10) and one day He will do away with the enemy death and we will then see our loved ones again in paradise. (1 Corinthians 15:6; John 3:16). May this promise and God's love comfort you and bring you peace. (Philippians 4:7; Acts 17:31; John 11:25; Revelation 21:3,4; Matthew 6:9,10). I cannot image the heartbreak of losing a child. God sees your hurt. Lean on Him as only He can help heal your heart. May his memory be eternal.
My condolences and prayers to the family 🙏 and I have y'all in my prayers I didn't know him but my heart goes out to y'all cause I feel y'all pain and loss but God knows best cause his wings was ready but y'all hearts were not.
Some folks just make your heart smile. . . .Malachi was this young man. As I was reading through what others wrote, I really want to echo the sentiments of the Waycross Middle School teachers here. I have been blessed to know "Brother" and his two sisters, and I love them all. Each of these siblings holds a special place in my heart. You will be in my prayers tonight and tomorrow and tomorrow. I would love to hug your necks. My email is still as it was at Waycross Middle School. Mrs. C

Malachi has been my classmate since elementary up until middle school. He was an awesome classmate any person could ask for. We would pair up together in class and do projects together. He was understanding and cool and always willing to help in anyway. He will forever be miss. May he rest RIP. ~Bryson Lesene~

I met Malachi in the summer of 2022 and watched as he matured throughout the 22-23 school year. He was intentionally polite and had a wonderful smile. My sons, John & Steven, will miss having Malachi as a classmate. My prayers are especially with Desyir and Kymoura, who both hold special places in my heart. I am always here for you. You are loved. I pray God wraps your family in his arms of comfort during this time of grief. Sincerely, Sheila Hall and Elizabeth, John, & Steven Sholtis
