Owner/Operator of Inlets & Associates Utilities Construction Company. He was a member of The Bethany CME Church 1325 Springdale St., Clearwater where services on Saturday, June 29 , 1:00 pm and visitation Friday,6-8 pm. Cherished loving memories his children,Harry W. Burney,III(Veronica), Anthony Burney(Cora), Dorothea Burney and Dr. Tracy Burney; 12 grandchildren Martha, Angela, Cedric, Raymond, Cody, Chantelle, Toni, Amber, Jazmyne, Deontre, Shamia and Shakayla; 15 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; one brother Tyrone Burney; six sisters Annie Miller(Willie), Gloria Norfleet(Mose), Lillie Salph, Merrian Burney, Mildred Burney and Denise Campbell; nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters in law and friends.
