Annie Bell Kirkland, affectionately known to family and friends as “Babygal”, was born on January 22, 1940, in Graceville, Florida to Oudie B. Kirkland and Mary Lee Kirkland.
Annie Bell attended the Dixie County School System in Cross City, Florida, and was employed as a licensed daycare provider.
Annie Bell Kirkland transitioned from this earthly life to her eternal home on March 30, 2024, in Palm Harbor, Florida.
She was predeceased in death by her parents, Oudie B. Kirkland and Mary Lee Kirkland.
