Reverend Mclendon was truly an unwavering man of God. He has provided so much comfort to my family in all kinds of needs. He and Sister Shirley took me under his arms when I lost Teressa. Thank you Reverend Mclendon for all you did for me. I know God has gained a strong man of God in Heaven. My concern are extended to Shirley Ann the children and the Mclendon Family.
Reverend Mclendon was a spiritual adviser to Joe and I. During the loss of our beloved son he lifted us up in prayers and consoling words. The world will miss this man of God. We extend our condolences to the entire Mclendon and Rivers family. Rest in peace Reverend L Mclendon.
