Ms. Beulah Lee Sellers was born on March 11, 1984, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to Elder William O. Sellers Sr. and Mable Gainey Sellers. She lived a vibrant and loving life, which ended peacefully on December 8, 2024, at First Health Hospice in West End, NC.
Beulah attended public schools in Anson County and worked at Mt. Gilead Assistive Living in Mt. Gilead, North Carolina. Her kindness and care for others stood out in her job.
She joined the New Jerusalem Holiness Church in Morven, North Carolina, at an early age, and her faith strengthened her throughout her life.
She is now united with her two sons, Marcus Jr. and LaβDarius, her father, Elder William O. Sellers Sr., her grandparents, and many aunts and uncles who preceded her in death.
Beulah is survived by her loving mother, Mable Sellers, of Rockingham, North Carolina; her sister, Denice Gainey, of Rockingham, North Carolina; and her brother, William Sellers Jr., of High Point, North Carolina. Beulah took great joy in her role as an aunt, leaving behind one nephew, DeLonte Crowder of Charlotte, North Carolina, and six nieces: Tyleisha Gainey, Katina Gainey, Brianna Sellers, Keyonna Sellers, Brittany Sellers, and Kiara Sellers of Morven, North Carolina. She also leaves to cherish her memory one great-niece, Skylar Crowder, and one great-nephew, Kyrie Gainey; one aunt, Nancy (Kenneth) Smith of Albemarle, North Carolina; and four uncles, Vernel (Inez) Gainey of Savannah, Georgia; Carl (Donna) Gainey of Laurinburg, North Carolina; James (Linda) Gainey of Stafford, Virginia; and Carson Gainey of Albemarle, North Carolina; one great-aunt, Minnie Brown of Washington, DC. and a host of cousins and friends who will never forget her and carry her spirit with them.
A service to commemorate Ms. Sellers' life will be conducted on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street in Wadesboro, North Carolina. Following the service, interment will occur at Westview Memorial Park in Polkton, North Carolina.
The Sellers family wishes to invite family and friends to gather on Saturday, December 21, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Smith's Memorial Chapel to honor Ms. Sellers' memory and legacy.
The public viewing will be on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 3:30-5:30pm at Smith's Funeral Home.
