MR. OSCAR ROBINSON
Oscar Keith Robinson was born to the late Betty Ingram on September 12, 1957 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was adopted at an early age and raised by the late James Robinson Sr. and Missouri Robinson of Wadesboro, NC. Oscar attended the public schools of Anson County and was a 1975 graduate of Bowman Senior High School. After graduation, he attended Shaw University, Raleigh, NC. He confessed Christ at an early age and joined Kesler Chapel AME Zion Church, Wadesboro, NC where he remained a faithful member until his death. He served on the Usher Board. As Oscar steps into the shadow of death, he leaves sunshine of his life to hold loving and fond memories the love of his life, Ester Crowder of the home; his children, Oscar Ratliff and Carissa Ratliff of Wadesboro, NC, Marco Ratliff and Everette Ratliff of High Point, NC, Travis Ratliff of Wadesboro, NC, Jason Ratliff and Shannon Ratliff of High Point, NC, Marcella Ford of Charlotte, NC, Lee Ester Crowder of Charlotte, NC, Sharon Wall, and James Crowder of Wadesboro, NC and Alice Crowder of Charlotte, NC. Twenty-five grandchildren and eight grandchildren. His brothers, James Robinson (Linda) of Morven, NC, Anthony Little (Rose), Kenny Little of Newark, New Jersey, Samuel Little of Winston-Salem, NC and Kenny Liles of Charlotte, NC. Five aunts, one uncle, three nieces, six nephews and a host of cousins and friends.
The Homegoing Celebration will be on Thursday, April 20, 2017, 3:30pm, Kesler Chapel AME Zion Church, Wadeboro, North Carolina.
